Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the aq998 website at https://aq998.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services available through it.
• "aq998", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the aq998 platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform, which grants access to betting, casino, deposit, and withdrawal functions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any staked amount placed on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other wagering product available on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a Wager, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the aq998 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and aq998 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.

Eligibility

• You are at least 21 years of age. aq998 operates a strict 21+ policy without exception. Users found to be under 21 at any point will have their account immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and all funds returned minus any Bonus Funds.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such individual employed by aq998 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by decision of aq998.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

aq998 may at any time request documentary proof of your eligibility, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, including Real Money Balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. aq998 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep account information current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. The following documents are required for standard KYC completion:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).

• Proof of residential address, if requested (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days).

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the aq998 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits set by aq998 from time to time and the limits of the selected payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. Bonuses & Promotions

aq998 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback awards, and other incentives to eligible users. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as Real Money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active, and expiry windows are displayed in full on the relevant promotion page before you opt in. You are advised to read all bonus terms carefully before accepting any offer.
• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible user, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using arbitrage strategies to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating wager placement with another user — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and winnings generated, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds, after all wagering requirements are satisfied, may be transferred to the Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawn.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sporting events, casino games, crash games, and slot titles available on the aq998 Platform are subject to specific game or event rules. Where specific rules are not provided, standard industry practice applies. The following general rules govern all wagering activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. aq998 does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in the event of a demonstrable system error, a cancelled sporting event, or circumstances described in the specific event's applicable rules.
• aq998 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the User's Real Money Balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at aq998's discretion, including during periods of notable match events. Bets placed before a suspension are settled normally unless the event is subsequently cancelled.
• For casino and slot games, the Return to Player (RTP) percentages are certified by the game's provider. aq998 does not alter RTP settings applied by the provider.

• Attempting to access another user's account, whether through technical means or social engineering.
